DELIVERY TIME - Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery, although orders will likely arrive sooner. We currently do not ship outside the United States. Orders are processed in the order received. Express delivery is not currently available, but we hope to offer express delivery in the future. We will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - Merchandise may be exchanged for other sizes or items as long as they have not been worn, washed or damaged. TheBluesMobile.com Store is not responsible for postage charges incurred by members exchanging merchandise. Returns will be issued a credit for the amount of the original purchase price of the item that is returned if it is not exchanged for other merchandise. Please check theBluesMobile.com Store for all available sizes and items. To exchange/return items you MUST return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving it.
No Exchanges or Returns are honored for Clearance Items. All sales final.
All Multi-Media items can NOT be returned if packaging is already opened. If there are issues when playing, please contact customer support on how to proceed.

Once an order ships, the shipping and handling charges are NON-Refundable.
Refunds are determined by TheBluesMobile.com Store, and are only issued for those orders that were paid with a credit card.
ORDER CANCELLATION - Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel orders. All orders are immediately processed for shipping once we receive them. TheBluesMobile.com Store reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.
SALE ITEMS- All sales are final on Sales items, or items on sale. Sale items are sold as-is and are Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangable. If a sale item you ordered is sold out, a credit will be issued for that item and sent to you.
OTHER POLICY INFORMATION - At any time, theBluesMobile.com Store may feature items at a reduced price. If you order that item previously or after the time the item is featured on sale, you will not be given that sale price. The sale or reduced price is only honored when the item is ordered within the time it is featured on sale or the price reduced.
